Sumedha

Sumedha is a qualified architect and did practise for a few years before a life- changing experience compelled her to switch to teaching. She completed her Masters in English and is a Senior assessor and trainer.

From donning the hat of an architect to a linguist was, indeed, an uphill task. Currently, she is the web author at Catharsis and will helm the Corporate training vertical as a mentor and coach.

Her journey through Life has taught her skills like patience, empathy and perseverance. These very qualities have drawn her to help others find their purpose in life. She is equipped with healing modalities like Reiki, Bach flower remedies, Chakra balancing and Access consciousness, to name a few.
