Advaya (unique, exclusive, matchless)
Our Corporate programs are unique. We offer personal consultations and conduct corporate training workshops or group training based on the requirements of the organisation. The minimum attendance for a workshop is 6-10 members.
We have worked with Corporate houses to conduct workshops on:
Positive thinking, Self- Motivation, Stress Management, Creating healthy relationships, Team building and motivation, Goal setting, Role of each employee in the company’s vision, Responding to inner voice, General nutrition, Vegan and whole food plant based diet, Tai Chi and Meditation to name a few.
Most of our programs are tailor-made to suit the needs of the participants. We design the program based on the Need analysis conducted by us. We also use corporate training as a platform to bring the needs of the employees to the management’s focus through the feedback that is taken from both the management and the participants. Most of these workshops have been successful in making the participants become more positive and aligned to the work requirements. We are actively able to release grudges, negativity, and anger from their space through guided meditations.
The corporate programs offered by Catharsis can broadly be classified as standard programs or customised programs.
Under the standard program we offer pre-made modules, our flagship offering being the ‘Top 5 Emotions’. Here, we present the top 5 emotions and talk about how they affect us in our workspace and how we can manage them.
Vrddhi
These customised programs require more time and planning as they are unique and bespoke. Here, we initiate a meeting with the Management or the HR team to understand underlying factors like work culture, ethics, stress management, etc. at the organisation. All these details form the basis of designing a program to meet the specific needs of the organisation and the attending employees.
Shakti (power, strength, force)
Apart from these, there is a very niche offering.
It is called ‘Leadership Coaching’. Sometimes corporate environments are ruthless and involve too much politics. It could be particularly stressful to get work done in a toxic environment. In such cases, when CEOs or Managers or anyone in a leadership role reach out to us, we offer them personal hand holding for a period of 6 months or 1 year. This help makes them able to view things with a different perspective and thereby, coping with their new responsibilities and workspace.
